Since 2020, I have led complex high-end residential and commercial projects through execution and delivery. My approach towards execution is simple: clarity beats complexity, and well-designed systems outperform heroic effort under pressure.
Over time, I'm becoming increasingly interested in the systems behind consistent performance and how new technologies can be leveraged to optimize workflows and free-up time for high-value strategic work.
